  I don't even know where to start with how horrid of an experience my roommates and I have had living here. When I first signed in August I was promised a 2 gift cards for signing with the apartment(which is why I signed). It took them about 3 months for them to give us our gift card and then when I asked where my second one was one of the employees acted stupid and said I was eligible for the second one until I assured I was and would not leave until she made sure. She then said that I am supposed to receive it and they had to order more gift card instead of telling us ahead of time we would have to wait even longer. They would lie every week saying the gift cards would be here in the next couple of weeks which was obviously a lie. I don't know how they think it is okay to lie and say that we will get gift cards just to get us to sign AND IVE STILL YET TO RECIEVE MY SECOND GIFT CARD. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT ITS BEST AND SCAMMING IN MY OPINION! Simple bills also messed up our utilities bill having us under pay and over pay several of times and not having any type of solid communication between them our apartment and us. As If that wasn't irritating enough my roommates and I got no sleep due to certain people living in our building that were loud every night and broke every lease code of conduct! I even got my car broken into which is when I had enough and packed my things and left the apartment fearing for my life! This apartment does not care about your well being they just want your money. They never answer the phones and management is also trash including the employees and they always lie and say they will get back to you but they never do. If you want something done you will physically have to keep going in there continuously for your voice to be heard I hope no one ever has to go through what I did which is why I'm begging you not to sign here if you don't want to deal with what I dealt with because I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! If I could rate them a 0 I would and I'm so happy that I'm out that place!
