  No complaints really living here but the move in/out was a complete horrible experience i moved in and there was tools and trash when we walked in being optimistic we threw away the trash and called the office to come pick the tools which they did, the carpet was dirty and we made note of it in the move in paper. our stay was uneventful and calm which is why i give them 2 stars but at move out we were charged a cleaning fee and unauthorized pet fee?! I had noted that the carpet was really dirty when i moved in!!! We are really clean people and didn’t even wear shoes up stairs! Not to mention 2 out of the 3 people that live in the apartment are extremely allergic to cats and dogs which is why we would never have pets we expressed this to the manager who sent us and invoice and they pretty much called us liars and said we had to pay either way. We even said we would pay the cleaning fee but WE NEVER HAD A PET FOR HEALTH REASONS!! We talked to other people that moved out and it seems EVERYBODY gets charged a cleaning fee no matter how clean you leave the apartment so don’t expect to get your deposit back and expect to pay a little extra and forced to pay extremely disappointed they turned a good experience bad and i will not be recommending these people to anybody!
