    Lived here for 3 years.
    Pros:
    Good Gym
    Maintenance Staff Rocks
    Near to campus and hiking trails
    Apartment itself is nice

    Cons:
    Pool gets trashed constantly during the warmer months
    Irresponisble Dog Owners (no one cleans up their dog’s poo, more dogs than people, constant barking from dogs locked out on balcony/bathroom. I’ve seen 4 dogs get hit by cars because owners weren’t using leashes, plus 2 dog attacks on people.)

    Expensive Rent
    Office people can be rude sometimes
