    The equipment worked perfect. The service staff in the field are excellent. The lady that answers the phone is very rude & told a big story about me. I asked to have our salt delivery rescheduled since we would be on vacation & she said it would be $25 & I asked to speak to the Mgr. She said she never knew when he would show up for work. She told me to go buy my own salt at Walmart Next thing was a call stating that our service would be disconnected due to cussing at her. Scary folks to do business with.
