  Today I will be going back to Antibes nails and spa for my third gel manicure and regular polish pedicure.
  As the review from Nina says, yes it is an ""assembly line"" type of place where the person who starts you may not be the person who finishes you off. It is not a fou-fou salon with some fountain bubbling in the background, but for what it is... it is the best I have been to and I have been to a lot of strip mall nail salons.
  The quality of their work is really good. My gel manicures last a solid two weeks and the pedicures nearly a month.
  But the best part about the salon are the people who work there. They are really the nicest little ladies I have met. Most of them are first generation Vietnamese migrants. But instead of talking over you and making jokes (that you wonder if you are the brunt of) they talk to you in their broken English and they are happy to tell you about their life and to ask about yours. I walk out of the salon honestly inspired everytime I have gone in because they represent what is best about the American dream. I'm not meaning to get too cheesy, but hearing how hard they work (most of the employees work all day, 6 days a week) and how much they love their lives in America is just charming.
  Go to this salon for the quality of their work. Keep going back because the workers are so wonderful.
